Sam J. Sebaali, P.E., is the President and Chief Executive Officer of FEG. He has been a practicing engineer since 1985 and founded FEG in 1993. Sam has extensive experience in all aspects of civil engineering and is a recognized expert in stormwater management system design and permitting. He has successfully completed the design, permitting, and construction oversight of several hundred projects throughout the States of Florida, Georgia, Pennsylvania, and internationally. He has also received numerous quality service awards throughout his engineering career. Sam has Bachelor and Master of Science degrees in Civil Engineering from Louisiana Tech University and a Master of Business Administration degree from Saint Leo University. He is a registered Professional Engineer in the States of Florida, Georgia, and several other states. He is also a Certified General Contractor in the State of Florida.
Jean Abi-Aoun, P.E., is the Vice-President of FEG. He has been a practicing engineer since 1988 and joined FEG as a partner in 2004. Jean has extensive experience in managing the civil engineering design of multi-million-dollar infrastructure and land development projects. He brings an abundance of experience from the public and private sectors with an emphasis on site planning, municipal, and highway design, permitting, and construction administration. Jean has Bachelor and Master of Science degrees in Civil Engineering from the Florida Institute of Technology and a Master of Arts degree in Finance from Webster University. He is a registered Professional Engineer in the State of Florida. Jean has published several papers presented in conferences on Computational Methods in Water Resources as part of his research and development of a finite element model to predict saltwater intrusion in coastal aquifers due to well activities.
Rick Abt is Branch Manager for FEG’s office in Atlanta, GA. Rick has been practicing landscape architecture since 1983. Rick had collaborated with FEG since its founding in 1993 and joined FEG as a Branch Manager for the Atlanta office in 2010. Rick is a Registered Landscape Architect in the States of Florida and Georgia.
Gregory Crawford, P.E., P.S.M. is a Senior Project Manager with FEG. Greg has been practicing engineering and surveying for over 35 years. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Central Florida and is a registered engineer and surveyor in the State of Florida. Greg started practicing surveying in 1986 and has been practicing engineering since 1992. Greg joined FEG as a Senior Project Manager in 2016. He has extensive experience in the Central Florida area in all aspects of civil engineering on projects ranging from retail, office, industrial, and institutional to single-family and multi-family residential developments.
William (Bill) Hockensmith, P.E. is a Senior Project Manager with FEG. Bill has been a practicing engineer since 1980 and has joined FEG in 2013. His background includes over 35 years with consultant companies in the Central Florida area and 5 years with the Florida Department of Transportation. Bill has extensive experience in civil site project design for numerous public and private clients. His experience includes commercial, institutional, single-family residential, multi-family residential, stormwater studies, utility distribution systems design, and roadways. While most of Bill’s experience has been in Central Florida, he has worked on projects in Georgia, Alabama, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, and South Carolina. Bill has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Florida.
